• You'll be kept informed of changes in the market as they happen.
• You'll be certain that any written 'Offer to Purchase' for your home will be thoroughly gone over and explained, making sure it's written 'air tight' to keep you in a safe position.
• An adequate deposit will be taken from the buyer and held in trust again, making sure you're kept in a safe position. This is extra important, should you commit to your next home on the strength of this agreement.
• You'll be made clear of your options regarding real estate fees, to make sure you end up with the most in your pocket.
• I'll make sure your "real estate flight' lands safely and on time!
